If you see some graffiti in your community and want to have it removed, you can request removal service from the city-run Community Life Improvement Program (CLIP).
You can request the service by filling out a Graffiti Removal Form online. You’ll be asked to provide information such as the address and ZIP code where the graffiti is, what kind of structure it’s on, and what type of surface it’s on.
If you own the surface and would like to have it repainted, you can pick a color. Natural brick, stone and metal surfaces can be power-washed.
If the graffiti is on a home, business, street sign, or traffic signal outside of Center City, call 311 to report and request removal. Here’s a list of numbers to call to get graffiti removed from other structures like public schools, newsstands, and SEPTA bridges.
