Wait, Where Do I Live Now?: Neighborhood Names & Their Nonsense
Philly neighborhood names are complicated. There are so many neighborhoods in Philly that people who live on a single block might call where they live by different names. Some Philadelphians don’t use their neighborhood names at all, using South Philly or West Philly as a catch-all for smaller neighborhood names. The City Cast Philly team came together to discuss some of the interesting names, histories, and stories when it comes to how we label neighborhoods in Philly. Plus, City Cast Philly contributor, Johnny Goodtimes, is quizzing us on how well we all know Philly.
