Tipping Culture in Philly is Out of Control
Tipping culture has changed dramatically in Philly. There’s flip screens to tip the barista at the coffee shop, and sometimes a 25% gratuity built into your check at a restaurant. Are we supposed to tip the guy giving us beers at Citizens Bank Park? And how much should we be giving?
