Guaranteed Income Pilot Gives $500 to Philadelphians Monthly
Xiente wants to try something new in Philly. For 14 months, this nonprofit is launching a pilot program that gives 10 families $500 in guaranteed income each month without restrictions. This is part of an effort to get families out of poverty and thriving. But is that enough money?
