Philly is now the U.S. representative for the globe-trotting art installation, The Portal, which visually connects Philadelphians to a rotating cast of Europeans from three cities. Previously hosted by New York, The Portal was reassigned to our very own Love Park following some “inappropriate behavior.” So has Philly handled this thing better? Here are some of our favorite Portal moments so far:
